    Questions

    What's in my code?

    Your Lantern name and your public key, the same thing the free door card in the app shows. No location, no phone number. Anyone who scans it can pair with you, which is the point: give it to your neighbours.

    How do the NFC stickers work?

    Stick one on your door, gate or a lamppost. Any iPhone held near it (iPhone XS or later) opens your invite. We write and test each one before it's posted.

    Can't I just print the door card myself?

    Yes, and that stays free: Lantern → Invite neighbours → Print a door card. The packs are for when you'd rather have thick printed cards, stickers and tags, ready to go.

    What if my street grows after I order?

    Your code never changes, so everything keeps working. The street size printed on them is from the day you order, and a new Street Portrait shows how far you've come.

    Delivery and returns

    Free delivery to UK addresses, posted within 5 working days. Because each item is printed with your code and names, they can't be returned, but if anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll replace it.

    Co-branded packs for a whole area, setup sessions for residents and an area launch day, with download and invite numbers for the area (totals only, never people).

    What happens to your details

    Your code and the names you type go with your order to Stripe, who take the payment, so we can print your items. Your address is used only to post them. We delete the print files once your order has arrived; Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires. The Lantern app itself still collects nothing.
